Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion cook until tender. Stir in uncooked pasta, u drained tomatoes, water, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer until noodles are done. Add tuna, artichokes, and reserved liquid. Toss and heat. Top with feta cheese and parsley.
