A favorite in our home
Brown chicken in oil, then remove and place on platter. Sautee onions, then add garlic at the last minute. Add cinnamon, cloves, brown sugar, sweet potatoes, apple, tomatoe sauce and broth. Place chicken on top, cover, and cook for an hour at low temperature.
