Scoop beans into a microwaveable bowl; heat for one minute (just enough to soften). Stir in taco seasoning and green chilies. Spread the bean mixture into a 9x13" pan, followed by a layer of the grated cheeses.
In a medium bowl, prepare the guacamole layer by mixing the avocados, mayo, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp sour cream. Spread on top of the grated cheese.
Finally, layer with the tomatoes, and the sour cream. Place the sliced olives on top. Serve with any kind of corn chips: tostitos, fritos, etc.
