These bite size mini tacos are great for just about any occasion or your next big party crowd. Relatively easy to make.
cook ground beef in a sauce pan over med. heat, with the seasonings and the sofrito, stirring this together for 20mins or so. When the ground beef is brown and cooked add the pico de gallo and the refried beans.
Let that cool for about 10mins, then add a small amount to each of the tostito chip cups (store bag ones) and some shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and top off with some sour cream. You can add some taco sauce if you like.
