Roll not too thin. If you roll thin you get hard cookies! Cut into shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 deg F for 10 to 11 minutes.
These cab hard cookies to bake just right. If don’t bake enough they can be chewy if you back too long they become ginger snaps! Do NOT use black strap molasses...cookies will be really dark and taste like blackstrap molasses!
