1) Grind all vegetables and mix in salt
2) Allow to sit 6-8 hours
3) Put in a cloth bag and hang up to drain overnight
4)Put all into a large stock pot and add vinegar, sugar, mustard, mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric.
5)Bring to a boil and adjust vinegar/sugar if needed
6)Simmer about 15 minutes
Pack hot into hot jars and process pints for 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure
