Suggest a better descriptionPut the garlic and 1/8 tsp salt in a small bowl. Working with the back of a table fork, crush garlic with salt. Continuing to use fork, or working with a small whisk, mix in the mustard and vinegar. Season and then little by little, add peanut oil, mixing until homogenous.
Can be made up to 2 days in advance and kept in fridge; makes 1/4 cup
