coat shrimp in creole seasoning, and set aside.
heat LARGE skillet over medium until hot, then add oil and garlic and cool until gold, about 1 min. add rosemary leaves and cook for about 3 seconds until fragrant. add shrimp until start to turn pink - about 30 seconds per side. transfer shrimp to a plate and work on sauce. add beer, hot sauce, Worcestershire and lemon juice to skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes until thickened while stirring.
remove skillet from heat and whisk in butter slowly. add shrimp back to skillet and cook on medium until cooked through 2-3 minutes.
serve w/ crusty bread or rice.
it came out a little salty, make sure you use unsalted butter, and maybe add hot sauce slowly.
