Suggest a better description1. Preheat the over to 220C. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain well. When cool, peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan. Add the sliced potatoes and garlic and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes until tender.
3. Brush the pizza base with the remaining oil. Scatter over the onion, then arrange the potatoes on top.
4. Sprinkle over the mozarella and rosemary. Grind over plenty of black pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is crisp and golden. Sprinkle over the grated Parmesan and serve.
