Classic Meatloaf
Heat oven 350.
Melt butter in a skillet.
Add peppers and onions. Cook till onions are translucent.
Set aside to cool off.
In a small bowl, mix the glaze ingredients: ketchup, cider vinegar, honey, brown sugar, bbq sauce, Worcester, and hot sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients: meat, breadcrumbs, oats, egg, cheese, evaporated milk, seasonings, garlic, brown sugar, sautéed vegetables and 1/2 of glaze mix. Keep remaining glaze for top of meatloaf.
Form loaf in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cook in oven for 55-75 minutes. Use a thermometer to check temp.
15 minutes before done, brush loaf with remaining glaze. Place back in the oven till cooked to likeness.
