Suggest a better descriptionPlace flour in a gallon-sized plastic bag. Add meat cubes, a few at a time, shaking to coat with flour. In a large saucepan or pot brown the meat, half at a time, in hot oil. Drain the fat. Transfer meat to a large stockpot. Stir in the vegetable juice, water, onion, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, vegetables, and seasonings. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until vegetables are tender. Discard bay leaf before serving.
