Great breakfast omelet - can serve with flour tortillas
Brown all meats and mix everything together in oven and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Use 6-8 briquettes on bottom and 8-10 briquettes on top of oven. 2 dozen eggs mixture will fit in a 12" oven. 3 dozen eggs will fit in a 14" oven. Cook until firm clear through - 45 minutes to 1 hour.
