An easy family recipe for lasagna.
Combine beef, water, spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. In a 9x13 inch or larger rectangular pan, layer 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
