Suggest a better descriptionCut steak into 1/8-inch thick strips. In medium bowl, combine steak and 1 T cornstarch; toss to coat beef. Set aside. In small bowl, combine orange sauce ingredients; set aside. In large skillet or wok, heat oil and red pepper over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef (half at a time) and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, until browned on all sides. (Be careful not to overcook). Add orange sauce mixture, green onions, and wear chestnuts. Continue cooking until sauce is thick and bully. Remove from heat and cool. Freeze in freezer bag.
Thaw beef mixture. Reheat in skillet on low until heated through, but do not overcook.To assemble, place a small amount of beef mixture onto center of each lettuce leaf. Top with carrots, cucumbers, peanuts and peanut sauce as desired, and fold edges of lettuce over into a wrap.
