Suggest a better descriptionMix shortening, eggs, sugar, buttermilk, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together with mixer. Pour into 9x13 greased pan.
Topping: Mix last 3 ingredients (brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon) together and pour over batter.
Cover pan, and if not baking right away, place in fridge over night. Preheat oven in morning. Is ok to place coffee cake directly from fridge to oven.
Cook 25-30 minutes at 350.
