Suggest a better descriptionRealizar un sablage con la harina, sal, curry y la manteca. Incorporar el queso y el huevo y trabajar poco hasta obtener una masa lisa y homogénea. Dejar reposar en heladera por 30 minutos. Estirar la masa 5 mm de grosor y cortar tiras de 7,5 x 1 cm. Pellizcar un poco las tiras por los costados y colocarlas en bandejas de horno enmantecadas. Pintar los palitos de queso con el resto de huevo y espolvorear con semillas de amapola. Cocinar en horno a 200ºC por 10 a 15 minutos hasta que estén dorados. Dejar enfriar sobre rejilla metálica.
