Spray all work surfaces down with frontier before and during your preparation
7am - Light cook top (check visually to make sure both sides are working)
The left hand side knob should have a 'Pilot' indicator mark on it
The knobs need to be held in for at least 10 seconds after pilot is lit
Right hand side seems to get hotter than the left side
Prepare batter as soon as cook top is lit (Ignore the 20 minute "standing time")
(3kg will easily fit in the metal muffin bowl)
-Use muffin mixer with the paddle attachment for batter. 1 minute on Speed 1 and another on Speed 2
-Spray the grill thoroughly with canola spray
-You can cook around 10 pancakes at a time, the right side will cook faster so be careful of burning
-Once cooked, spread them out in a medium depth tray, keep cooking and stacking
