I use two huge flat aluminum disposable pans and divide boxes of corn, wheat, and rice chex. I put one jar of dry roasted peanuts in each pan, one bag of long pretzel sticks in each pan. Then I use the following recipe, but to make sure they get the even amount of stuff, I melt one stick of butter in a measuring cup, add 1/2 cup of oil and then onehalf of all the seasonings in each measuring cup. I mix up all the dry stuff, then drizzle on the oily seasoning stuff tossing as I go. When I am through tossing, I sprinkle with more McCormick all season stuff. Then put both pans in the oven on 275 for 22 minutes, then take them out and toss again - change shelves - top/bottom, then cook for another 22 minutes.
