Mix all vinaigrette ingredients together in a shaker bottle. Shake well, then refrigerate.
Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain and chill.
Slice cucumber and cut into small pieces (peel first, if desired).
Julienne or dice onion, drain pimento and olives.
Add cucumber, onion, pimento, olives and vinaigrette to pasta. Toss thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss again before serving.
