Suggest a better descriptionIn a very large bowl, stir flour, brown sugar, soda and cinnamon. Stir in fruits, nuts raisins and dates. Add peaches, sweet condensed milk, mincemeat, apricot jam.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 50 minutes, or until done by using a toothpick. Grease pans well. To help keep cake from burning, cut piece of paper bag to fit bottom of loaf pan, then grease it on both sides. Useing white ice cream scoop, fill mini pans with 3 scoops
Doubling this recipe yields 10 mini loaf pans and one regular loaf pan.
