Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Put flour, sugars & cinnamon in 8-9" ungreased baking pan. Stir with fork to mix well. Add butter & crumble. Set aside 3/4 cup. Add baking powder, soda & salt. Stir to blend. Add milk & egg & stir until blended. Stir peanut butter into reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes.
