Light and flavorful pasta dis
1) Heat large nonstick skillet, heat oil, garlic, tomatos and italian spices until garlic starts to brown. Add sausage and chicken on medium until cooked, stirring occasionally. Add wine and simmer on reduced heat stirring occasionally.
2) Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling on high. Add pasta and cook. Add Broccoli when 3 minutes of cooking time remain until pasta is at desired tenderness. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water; drain pasta and broccoli. Add reserve cooking water to sausage mixture and continue to reduce for 5 more minutes.
3) Compine pasta, broccoli, sausage mixture, basil, and cheeses in large pasta bowl.
4) Serve immediately
