If you look up recipes for bubble up pizza, undoubtedly the majority of them will start with canned biscuits. This recipe, on the other hand, leans a little leaner because it begins with our two-ingredient dough made from self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. We add more flavor by stirring garlic powder and black pepper into the flour before forming the dough. Small balls of dough go into a cast-iron skillet, where they’re blanketed with cheese, pepperoni, and olives. As the biscuit dough rises and the cheesy topping melts, you end up with something akin to a deep-dish pizza.
