Best persimmon cookies ever.
Cream together butter, sugar and egg. Sift together flour, soda, spices, salt then mix into the sugar/egg mixture. Add ground raisins, persimmon pulp and ground nuts. Mix well and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Use parchment paper on baking sheet for even better results.
