1. Mix water, sugar and yeast and place in warm place till frothy.
2. Mix flour, salt, and yeast mixture and knead till smooth and bouncy.
3. Rub with olive oil and cover to proof
4. Once doubled in size, cut into 4 and roll out.
Sauce:
1. Melt butter
2. Add flour and cook it out
3. Add milk slowly until thick and smooth
4. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano
5. Add little pizza sauce and divide into 2
6. Use the larger batch as base sauce
7. Add more pizza sauce to the rest and drizzle over top of pizza after assembly
