Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly spray baking pan with cooking spray or coat lightly with cooking oil.
2. Cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and cool.
3. In a skillet heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly.
5. Drain the meat until dry and put back in skillet, adding half of the pepperoni and half of the pizza sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat.
6. Stuff mixture into the shells and place in the baking pan. Cover with the remaining pizza sauce. Top with the mozzarella cheese and the other half of the pepperoni.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the cheese has melted.
