On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out each piece of dough into an 8-inch round. Brush the round with pesto and then layer with mozzarella, fotia, tomatoes, prosciutto, goat cheese, oregano, thyme and parmesan. Bake until the pizza crusts are nicely browned ~10-12 minutes. Transfer to a firm service and cut into slices. Serve immediately.
