>> Add flour & salt in a mixing bowl.
>> Add 1/4 cup butter & coat the flour in butter.
>> Knead a soft dough using water. Use only as much as necessary.
>> Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape.
>> Spread 3/4 butter on bottom 2/3rd of the dough.
>> Fold upper 1/3rd dough over the middle 1/3rd part.
>> Fold lower 1/3rd dough over the middle 1/3rd part.
>> Wrap in the cling film & refrigerate for 1 hr.

>> After 1 hr, leave the dough at room temperature until its still cold but pliable.
>> Roll out the dough again & give an envelope fold. Repeat this twice.
>> Wrap in the cling film & refrigerate for 1 hr.
SECOND FOLD
>> After 1 hr, leave the dough at room temperature until its still cold but pliable.
>> Roll out the dough again & give an envelope fold. Repeat this twice.
>> Wrap in the cling film & refrigerate for 1 hr.
THIRD FOLD
>> After 1 hr, leave the dough at room temperature until its still cold but pliable.
>> Roll out the dough again & give an envelope fold. Repeat this twice.

FOURTH FOLD
