(If making the cookies with real pumpkin, take out the seeds and mash it up like potatoes.)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Grease baking sheets
3. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and egg.
4. Stir together flour baking powder cinnamon and salt.
5. Dissolve baking soda in milk.
6. Add flour mixture and baking soda to pumpkin and mix well.
7. Stir in remaining ingredients.
8. Drop by spoon-fulls onto baking sheets.
9. Bake 12-14 mins.
