Queso - Great Recipe
Brown ground beef. Mash with a potato masher to small pieces. Slice in both cheeses and melt. Add Salsa. Heat thoroughly until all cheese is melted. Add milk if necessary to thin.
Place in a crockpot on very low for serving.
Service with tortilla chips.
