Suggest a better description1. Mix all chicken ingredients or marinade, 20 minutes
1a. 400, Bake 23 minutes
2. Microwave quinoa, add all other ingredients (except olive oil) to the bowl
3. Remove 1/3 of mix and add to a food processor
3a. Put back in bowl and mix
4. Each cake is 1/3 cup, heat olive oil in pan and brown cake for 3-4 minutes
5. Serve with chicken sliced
6. Garnish with diced cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives.
