Add flour and beat.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake 350 degrees 40 - 45 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan, Can be baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
Glaze: 3 T butter
3 T brown sugar
3 T granulated sugar
3 T heavy cream
1/4 t vanilla
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil and allow to boil 1 minute. Remove cake from pan and pour glaze over cake. The longer you wait to pour, the less it will soak into cake.
