Sounds pretty good
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until reduced to 3/4 cup (about 30 minutes). Strain mixture through a sieve over a bowl, and discard solids.
2. Preheat broiler
3. Place fish on a broiler pan lined with foil and broil 5 minutes. Brush fish with 1/4 cup apricot mixture. Broil 3 minutes or until lightly browned and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish with remaining apricot mixture. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and about 2 tablespoons sauce).
