Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the mixture on the non-skin side of the fish. Let sit at room tamp for 45 minutes.
Warm up broiler for 2 minutes. Broil 3 inches away from heat. Broil for 6-8 minutes.
Rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
Make lemonade from the rest of the lemon.
