Put preserved lemon and mayo in a bowl and combine.
Cut salmon fillets lengthways into 3 slices. Brush salmon and asparagus with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Preheat a char grill pan to medium high heat and cook the salmon and asparagus for 1-2 minutes per side.
Divide lettuce between plates and top with asparagus, salmon and lemon mayo.
