Add can of tomato paste to pot with 3 cans of water to every can of tomato paste. Once meatballs and pork are browned, add to sauce pot and add salt, pepper and parmesan to taste. Add potato (peeled and cut in half to thicken the sauce)
Meatballs
Add garlic and onion (cut in half) to the pan with olive oil. Brown pork chops, then add to sauce pot.
Combine meat, eggs, breadcrumbs (about a cup, I use stale-ish bread instead of breadcrumbs in a can), salt & pepper and a dash of garlic salt. Roll into meatballs. Add meatballs and brown. Add to sauce pot.
Cook for approx. 3 hours.
