Speedy canned biscuit sausage breakfast bake
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook sausage in 2 teaspoon canola oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until crumbly and no longer pink. Remove from skillet and drain. Melt the butter in skillet and whisk in flour, whisking constantly for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly for 2 minutes. Stir in sausage.
Grease an 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray. Split the biscuit dough in half, lengthwise. Place 8 halves in baking dish. Top with half of sausage mixture and 1/4 cup green onions. Repeat layer with remaining biscuits, sausage and green onions. Sprinkle top with the cheddar cheese.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden.
