Add them to the sauce with the milk and lemon zest and cook for a further 5 minutes. To freeze, allow to cool completely and transfer to large freezer-proof bags.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain them and toss them with the sauce. When serving, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley leaves.
