In a skillet over high heat, add oil, onion, and salt to pan. Add chopped kale and sautee for 4 minutes (or until wilted).
Stir in kale stems. After 4 minutes, stir in raisins and turn off heat. Drizzle with lemon juie and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
