Continue cookIng, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 4 to 7 minutes. Drain fat. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in remaining ingredients except tomatoes and green peppers. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes and green peppers. Cover; let stand 5 minutes or until heated through.
