Spicy beef chili, savusavu-style
1) Cook Beef in pan
add olive oil, garlic, onions to pan on high, stir and cook until brown.
Add strifry beef (season with salt and black pepper)
Let beef begin to brown, then add bacon
Take off heat when nearly full cooked
2) start sauce
Mix sauce together in large pot, start with:
whole peeled tomatoes, kidney beans and corn flour. stir until flour is well mixed in.
add remaining ingedients and spices.
add beef and spices
heat on high, bring to a boil for just 1 minute. Then change heat to low and simmer for 1-hour.
3) To serve (optional)
* add grated cheddar cheese on top
* tortilla corn chips on top
tastes even better after staying in the fridge overnight, then heating up again.
