These are super quick prep and ingredients are always in the cupboard. My husbands favorite meal.
Preheat oven to 350(F). Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and microwave for 15 min to speed the baking process. Place in oven and bake approximately 1 hour- 1 hour 15min. Depending on how big your potatoes are chopped.
