In shallow dish, arrange chicken. Pour buttermilk over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, pour off buttermilk and pat chicken dry.
Combine butter, lemon juice and garlic. In separate bowl combine breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and parmesan.
Dip chicken in butter mixture and roll in crumbs. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; lower oven to 350° and continue baking for 1 hour.
