This is a great and simple side dish to accompany almost any meal perfectly. Try this with sugar snap peas or green beans, too.
In a frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the snow peas and soy sauce; stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the peas are crisp-tender. Sprinkle in sesame seeds and toss to coat.
