Okay, the name sounds a bit weird, but it is a proven recipe from the Tupperware kitchen. You can even make it in the mircowave, and it tastes good too!
1. Preheat oven to 180 C/355 F. ~Don't if preparing in microwave!~
2. Put all ingredients in a bowl with lid (!), close the lid and shake well.
3. Bake in greased loaf pan for 45-60 min (til toothpick comes out clean)
OR in microwave for 25 min (in microwave safe form of course!).
