2. Meanwhile, in nonstick large skillet, heat remaining 2 tsp oil over med-high heat. Add the red pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until crisp tender, 1 -2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, until just opaque, about 1 min. Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 30 secs. Remove from heat, stir in beans and peas. Cover and keep warm.
3. Transfer pilaf mix to large serving bowl; stir in shrimp mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
