Suggest a better descriptionHeat skillet over high heat until hot, 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil and swirl to coat pan.
Add shrimp and cook stirring occasionally until just opaque about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl. Depending on number of shrimp may do in 2 batches
Return empty skillet to medium low heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter
Add garlic and cook stirring constantly until fragrant, about 30 seconds
Off heat, add lemon juice and vermouth
Whisk in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter
Add parsley and cayenne and season with salt and pepper to taste
Return shrimp to skillet and toss to combine
I also toss in pasta and any vegetable I like, broccoli works well. May need to increase sauce if you do this
