Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar and butter in mixing bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs to mixture one at a time and mix well between each. Add flour to mixture a little at a time and mix well. Add vanilla extract, lemon extract, and Sierra Mist to batter and mix well. Pour the batter into a lightly greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 75 to 90 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes on a cooling rack before turning out on to a cake platter.
Lemon Glaze
Mix lemon juice into powdered sugar. Add more lemon juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cake. Cake can be glazed while still warm.
