Cod or Flounder in oven
1. In a small bowl, mix together butter,
garlic, salt pepper, herbs and zest of
one lemon.
2. Coat the fish with butter mixture and
top with lemon slices.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20
minutes or until fully cooked and fish
flakes easily with a fork.
