Soak steak strips in diet coke for 30 minutes.
Spray a pan with nonstick and set heat to medium high. Once hot, add steak strips and all marinade to pan.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove meat and set aside.
Turn heat down to medium. Add onion to marinade in pan and cook onion 2 minutes then add peppers and cook 1 minute. Add steak strips and cook 1 minute more.
Place lettuce in a large bowl and top with the steak/veggie mixture. Finish off by adding chips, salsa, and sour cream
